We are looking for

Regional ESG/CSR Manager (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in APAC or US.

Your tasks:

• Lead the implementation of the global ESG strategy, programs and management systems at countries of operations in APAC & US region
• Coordinate, guide and support country of operations in the region to implement Global ESG policy and programs in line with group, legal and customer requirements
• Track legal requirements and global trends in the area of sustainability and climate change
• Track metrics, KPIs, and coordinate implementation of corrective actions in the region
• Support Global Sustainability for the preparation of Group Sustainability and CDP reporting projects
• Support country of operations for establishing CSR management system
• Support ESG development internally through training as well as guidance and lead collaboration with third parties and other partners
• Conduct internal audits at country of operations in the region and track corrective and preventive actions

• Degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, social sciences, communications or similar fields
• Min.10 years of practical experience in EHS, ESG/CSR fields
• Ideally additional 3-4 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Good understanding of international standards and guidelines in CSR, sustainability and human rights fields (UN SDGs, GRI, ISSB, ISO 26000, etc.)
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of trends in the ESG/CSR field
• Advanced English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (max. 20-25%)
