We are looking for

Quality Engineer

at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City)

Your tasks:

• Select special NG from daily NG list.
• Update special NG information to whiteboard.
• Check full information about special NG what NG is selected - before standing meeting.
• Standing meeting with PD staff, PE worker and other PQC in 1st factory.
• Discuss all failure during happened past day.
• Access products what OK or NG, then train worker for that condition
• Separate failure what is process, or material or etc
• In the end of meeting, to give out rework area.
• QC and rework worker confirmed and signed.
• After meeting, update corrective action on daily NG report.
• Check patrol working record.
• Check Fool proof, receive NG fool proof information from Patrol and handle it (check again, and request PE repair machine).
• Check patrol sheet, translate into English and handle NG information from line and summary Patrol problem.
• Check PPM the past week and receive PPM in process last week.
• Make improvement report for week, if PPM is higher than normal and target.
• Receive NG information from customer.
• Have corrective action follow 8 discipline problem solving.
• Make details internal audit.
• Audit in process follow control plan: finding nonconformity, request having corrective action and check again effectiveness.
• Check all documents: FMEA, flow chart, NCR, certificate list, management list…
• Follow yearly plan, train Patrol worker and inspector worker about quality mind, NG history.
• Receive training report and check it.
• Receive document from PD.
• Check worker skill based on actual (measuring skill, visual skill)
• Access worker skill and finish document
• Take photo and make certificate.
• Update in certificate list and save file.
• Receive ordering sample from customer.
• Receive NG from PD team and check sample base on drawing by visual and measuring.
• If having NG, inform PD and request them rework and train again inspector worker.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in Technical
• 3 years of experience preferred.
• English communication
• Good at Computer skill
• Have knowledge about QA/QC, 7 QC tools…
