We are looking for

Lean Manufacturing Manager

at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Your tasks:

Organize the activities of the Lean, Continuous Improvement and Methods department with the purpose of providing effective support to the production lines by wedio of the appropriate technical and process documentation.
He is the Local representative of the Lean Philosophy and Continuous Improvement in the organization.
Plan,  execute and document the implementation of best manufacturing practices in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Genie and environment and ensure that the principles of Lean and Continuous Improvement are applied in business practice.
Establish, together with the Plant Management and the Regional Management, the work plan and the strategy for continuous improvement in the company.
Coordinate with management the implementation of the strategic plan for continuous improvement as well as the Prettl Production System, applying Lean Manufacturing tools (5s, SMED, Visual Factory, VSM, 7 Waste).
Train, develop and coordinate local teams for the implementation of Six Sigma projects.
Responsible for achieving and delivering the efficiency improvement objectives and savings projects established in the eJ Lean Road Map as well as maintaining the budget related to the area.
Facilitate the company's strategic vision (Lean Road Map) and identify short, medium and long-term objectives
Responsible for promoting local projects to develop the company towards industry 4.0 and towards the benchmark as a Tier 2 supplier.
Together with your area of responsibility, you must ensure compliance with knowing, understanding and applying the comprehensive policy. the objectives of the organization. the procedures of the Comprehensive Management System, the operational control of environmental, safety and hygiene aspects and the emergency response procedures and the contribution to risk and accident prevention.

Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering or related

Automotive Industry Experience 3-5 years

English advance

Competencies (Desirable):
- Lean Manufacturing Tools (5s, SMED, Visual Factory, VSM, 7 Waste Elimination), Lean Six Sigma Methodology and Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black), Production System Implementation, Kaizen workshops
- Problem analysis, Leadership, Negotiation, Strategic thinking, Teamwork, Communication, Decision making, Focus on Achievements.
