Methods Engineer
at one of our locations in
Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:
- Ensure industrialization & startup of new projects according to the schedule.
- Identification of dysfunctions, evolution and determination of corrective actions.
- Validate the changes in method and concept development of outstanding production for the entire Projects.
- Lead of actions of continuous improvement and analysis of performance indicators.
- Optimize the Jig layout and ensuring the Jigs’ availability for Production.
- Ensuring Engineering Change implementation punctually and correctly.
- Define & ensure the equipment needed for technical changes, volume increase and new projects.
- Establish and enhance time, method, process and capacity studies as well as manage the prototype build.
- Support and apply Quality policy and ISO & VDA.
Job requirements
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in automotive industry (min 3 years)
- Understanding and skills of Wiring Harness
- Know how in improving the working process.
- Knowledge of technical field of (Cutting, Mounting, crimping…)
