We are looking for

Equipment Development Supervisor

for Voltaira Shanghai at China, Shanghai, Songjiang area

Your tasks:

1.Provide technical innovation idea into automation application development for assembly machine by emerging technology.

2.Lead and keep track of equipment build up process which involves technical requirement bringing out, technical design confirmation, equipment building and debugging, equipment final acceptance test, monitoring the equipment projects under the project Q/C/T target (quality, cost, timing).

3.Work with internal /external equipment manufacturer to improve current manufacturing process and development.

4.Training engineer to enhance automation application capability to meet cost / function / lead time requirement.

5.Support equipment buyers to look for professional equipment，devices suppliers and participate certify the suppliers from technical view.

6.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1.Bachelor's degree or advanced in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.

2.At least 5years mechanical design experience in design field of customized automation/production equipment.

3.Familiar with regular automatic technical knowledge (PLC, Robot, HMI, divers &motor control, vision system etc.).

4.Experience in the design, deployment and support of Factory Automation Systems.

5.Familiar with AutoCAD/SolidWorks or UG related mechanical design software.

6.Familiar with machine work and it’s process.

7.Capability of automation &mechanical design team leading and deployment, focus on team management , construction and development.
